业务粒度: 每行代表“实体别名”的一条记录；逻辑粒度由 entity_id × alias 共同确定。
时间口径: 该表没有单一主时间列；请使用业务日期或版本字段，并按关键字段确定范围。
更新节奏: 参考主数据，只有定义或映射变化时才更新。
